Profhilo is an injectable skin remodelling treatment with one of the highest concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) on the market, designed specifically for people with thin, sagging skin.
Rather than simply plumping and filling wrinkles, Profhilo's slow release of HA stimulates collagen and elastin production, improving skin tone, hydration, and the appearance of fine lines. The end result is improved skin quality that lasts up to 6 months.
Profhilo is injected only into the upper layers of the skin and has a less dense, runnier consistency than dermal fillers. It also contains one of the highest levels of stabilized hyaluronic acid on the market. Profhilo is easily metabolized and has no known long-term side effects because HA occurs naturally in the human body and the product does not use any synthetic chemicals.
The only known short-term side effects are bruising, redness, or swelling at the injection sites in a small percentage of people, which self-corrects within a couple of days.
We would advise against having a Profhilo treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as with most injectable treatments. It should also be avoided if you have a hyaluronic acid allergy.
